Neighbourhood shops, stores, mini-markets, wholesalers, distributors, trading companies and networks of several points of sale. The catalogue, prices (retail, semi-wholesale, wholesale) and roles adapt to your business.
Yes. Each shop has its own register, stock and users, and the owner keeps an overall view. The number of shops depends on your plan.
Yes. KOMERCIKPA is an online application: from any connected device you can check the dashboard, sales, cash registers and statements, according to your account's permissions. Important events are flagged by notification.
Yes. Each staff member has their own account and a role (cashier, store manager, stock keeper, read-only…) whose permissions you can adjust. Sensitive operations are recorded in an audit log.
The subscription is monthly, according to your plan. An invoice is issued for each period; you pay it by Mobile Money or bank transfer, then declare the payment in the app. KSTA verifies it before confirming.
Yes. You request it from the Subscription page; once accepted, the new plan applies at the next renewal. Your data is never deleted, even if you move to a smaller plan.

Yes. The interface adapts to phones and tablets, and the point of sale can be installed like an app. During an internet outage, point-of-sale sales are kept on the device and sent as soon as the connection is back.
