Information collected

When you request a demo, we record: your name, your shop or company name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your city, your type of business, your number of shops and, if you provide them, your email address, the plan of interest and your message.

We do not store your IP address in clear: an encrypted fingerprint is used only to limit abusive submissions.

Use

This information is used only to contact you to arrange a demo and answer your questions about KOMERCI. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

It is viewed by the KSTA GROUP team, in an area reserved for its staff.

Retention and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to contact@ksta-group.com.

Analytics and cookies

The KOMERCIKPA page uses no analytics tool and no advertising cookie. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser.

KOMERCIKPA customers' data

Data entered in the application by customer companies (sales, stock, customers…) remains their property: each company has its own isolated space, and its data can be exported at any time.
